Shukubo (temple stay)
Guests can stay in the main building, which was built at the end of the Edo period. They serve shojin cuisine containing no meat or fish. They use seasonal vegetables produced in neighboring fields or donated by practitioners.
Reservations must be made a week in advance of your stay. You should make an early reservation as there are a lot of applications in cherry blossom season in spring and in the season of red and yellow leaves in autumn.
