Shukubo (temple stay)
It was an eight tatami mat room equipped with air conditioning and a TV. It can be locked as well. There is no yukata robe. There was a washing machine and a dryer.
Dinner was served in the dining room. Although it was not shojin vegetarian cuisine as they served slices of raw fish, etc., as well, it was delicious. Also, the bath was comfortable.
The service was conducted from 6:00 in the morning. After chanting Heart Sutra, etc., we listened to a sermon.
It was truly a clean and comfortable shukubo for me as I was exhausted after completing the trans-mountain course from the 11th stage to 12th and 13th on foot.
