Shukubo (temple stay)

Fudoin Temple was founded in 906. It is located in the town of Koyasan.

The room I stayed in was a 12 tatami room on the first floor of the new building. There was a toilet and a sink. Towels, bath towels and toothbrushes were provided.

The buddhist vegetarian cuisine was very delicious. I stayed for two nights and they changed the menu.

I attended the morning service and it was a very good experience.
