Goshikien temple stay (Aichi)
This is a shukubo that caters mainly to groups, and can accommodate 5 or more people. Located in the mountains, it has a large hall and training rooms, making it an ideal venue for brass band training camps, which tend to produce loud noises. Meal times are dinner at 6pm and breakfast at 8am. Curfew is 11pm. -

This shukubo is located closest to the mountain gate of Zenko-ji temple. A shukubo staff member said, "The head priest or the vice-head priest usually guides guests around the precinct. Many of the guests are repeat visitors and we have a family relationship with them." -

This temple is located in the mountains a short distance from the town of Takayama, which is called little Kyoto in Hida and is famous for its old and beautiful scenery. This Shukubo is not operated as a lodging business but as a Buddhist accommodation.
