Temple stay
It is mandatory for guests staying at this shukubo to participate in chanting sutra, zazen and breakfast (rice porridge) in the morning.
Zazen and shojin (vegetarian) course dishes
They hold a zazen meeting from 18:30 to 20:30 every Saturday and an early morning zazen meeting from 6:00 to 8:00 on the first Sunday of the month. Groups of 10 or more can make a one night, two day stay for an individual zazen experience for the group (reservations are necessary one week in advance). In addition, they actively hold zazen events. I hear that they give kind instruction even to beginners.
Reservations are required for shojin (vegetarian) course dishes. They also have a shojin café, where a steamed laver plate (steamed laver, black bean tea and pickles) is served.
